Brett Strouss, Chief Visionary

Brett has always leveraged his creativity: redesigning failing equipment in a manufacturing environment; increasing productivity and quality in enterprise software development; leading the design and development of an award-winning mobile computing solution; redesigning a medical product and capturing investment by a major international corporation; defining the positioning, branding, and sales approach to get many products and services to market; and solving complex business problems --- often through the smart use of technology.  A student of good ideas, Brett has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College

Art "A.J." Dimitri, Innovation Guru

Art's professional experience includes over 20 years of increasing responsibility in the corporate world.  Always the go-to guy when there were tough problems to solve, he has done everything from: wrangling disparate engineering teams to form a cohesive engineering machine; taking a multi-billion dollar public corporation's scattered intellectual property assets and aligning them in support of the corporate goals; and teaching big chunks of an organization how to be innovative and how to work together to produce massive results.

Tom Adelman, Ph.D., Rocket Scientist

While Tom certainly wouldn't call himself a rocket scientist, we certainly do.  Whether it's understanding a chemical reaction, designing an electrical circuit, writing complex software, or providing deep insight into why the simple solution isn't really simple, he knows a lot about everything --- probably even rockets.  Tom holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Cornell University and has gone from academia to applied science and engineering to invention.
